RESOLUTION OF THE UNION OF AFRICAN SCHOLARS

RESOLUTION OF THE UNION OF AFRICAN SCHOLARS OVER THE DECISION OF AMERICAN PRESIDENT,DONALD TRUMP TO MOVE THE AMERICAN EMBASSY TO THE OCCUPIED TERRITORY OF JERUSALEM.

All praise is due to Allah; the Lord of the world. Blessing and mercy be upon the Apostle Of Allah; his household and his entire companions.
To proceed with: Allah says:
“Exalted is He Who took His servant bynight from al-Masjid al-Haram to al-Masjid al-Aqsa whose surroundings We have blessed, to show him Our signs. Indeed, He is the Hearing the Seeing”
Arising from the mission of Union of African Scholar sand its concern with the plight of Muslims, we express our strong condemnation of the American President decision to move the embassy of the United States of America to the occupied territory of Eastern Jerusalem. This action should be considered, owing to its implication on provoking the sentiments of 1.5 billion of Muslims across the globe, as declaration of downturn confrontation and clear blasphemy against the sanctuaries of Muslims. The Union stresses that we Muslims will not condone this action that seems to strengthen unjust occupation. It is our religious duty to clarify the truth and not to mute on it.
The Union calls on the Palestinian citizens with her various ethnics and groups to resist this grave development; and to continue her resistance, opposition and protest over occupation and its expansive strategies. The Union also declares its support and that of other African Muslims to the Palestinian Movement for National Resistance and also urges other Muslim nations spread across the world to condemn this oppressive decision,(as a sign of) supporting the Jerusalem, Aqsa Mosque and helping Palestine and the freedom and independence rights of her citizens; and resisting the Israeli occupation.
The Union also enjoins the leaders and heads of Arabian and Islamic nations to unite on confronting this decision with all possible and legal means; as we also enjoin the Arabian nations to take frank positions over preserving the Aqsa Mosque and should not partake in any negotiation or agreement aimed at making them withdraw (from pursuing their rights) on Jerusalem or on any part of Palestine.
The Union also calls on Ministries of Endowments in the Arabian and Islamic nations to utilize the mosques and religious sermon as platform for (creating awareness) about the Palestinian case and Jerusalem and the (necessity of) supporting our brothers in Jerusalem; and to explain the place (of Jerusalem)in Islam and the gravity of the threats of the Jews. Allah says:
“O you who have believed, preserver and endure and remain stationed and fear Allah that you may be successful.”
Allah also says:
“Indeed, We shall help our apostles and those who have believed in this world and on the day which testimonies will occur.”
Allah mercy and blessing be on our boss, Muhammad; his household and his entire companions.
