THE GENERAL SECRETARY, DR. SA’ID MUHAMMAD BABASILA, PARTICIPATES IN THE OPENING SESSION OF INTERNATIONAL UNIVERSITY

    THE GENERAL SECRETARY, DR. SA’ID MUHAMMAD BABASILA, PARTICIPATES IN THE OPENING SESSION OF INTERNATIONAL UNIVERSITY OF AFRICA’S BOARD OF TRUSTEES’ MEETING WITH THE PRESENCE AND ENNOBLEMENT OF HIS EXCELLENCY, PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC, MARSHAL HASAN AHMAD BASHIER.

    On thursday evening, 24 Rabi’u al-Aakhir, 1439, corresponding to 11 January, 2018, the opening session of the International University of Africa’s Board of Trustees Meeting took place with the attendance and ennoblement of his excellency, the Head of the Republic, Marshal Umar Hasan Ahmad Bashier.

       Among the visitors that graced the meeting were : the General Secretary of Union of African Scholars, Dr. Sai’d Babasila; and the Deputy President (West Africa Zone) of the Union, Dr. Bashir Ali Umar who came in company of high delegation from Nigeria who participated in the inauguration of College of Petroleum and Natural Resources Science’ building donated to the International University of Africa by a Nigerian civil servant, Alh Muhammad Andimi.

          Other members of the Union who graced the meeting was Dr. Musa Fadiqa; Head of Committee for Dialogue and also the Vice Chancellor of Al- Furqan University in Ivory Coast.

              The conference of Alumni of Islamic Universities in Africa will take place in the University campus short after the meeting. The Office of the General Secretariat , Department of Communication and Information wishes them well.
