Some members of the Union of African Muslim Scholars in the Headquarters city participate in the Da’wah caravan to Kai by the League of Muslim Preachers in Mali
A large number of the members of the Union joined a delegation comprising Muslim preachers, media men, and other stakeholders in a preaching caravan to the village of Kai under the umbrella of the League of Muslim Preachers in Mali. The outing is part of the phased strategies for implementing its 5 agendas in the current year.
The journey covered four days from Thursday 2nd to Monday 6th Sha’ban, 1444, corresponding with 23rd to 27th February, 2023.
Prominent among the members of the Union who participated in the Da’wah tour include the President of the League of Muslim Preachers in Mali, who also doubles as a member of Fatwa and Preaching Committee, Shaykh Muhammad Turawere, Dr. Mahmoud Kuma, Dr. Ibrahim Kibi, etc.
The tour featured different programmes such as public visitation, public lectures and preachings, Friday sermons,workshop for preachers on various aspects including social and administrative sectors.
