Question : As-Salaamu Alaykum warahmatullaahi wabarakatuhu, may Allah bless you our noble scholar .
There is a man which purifying from urine is very difficult for him and he usually stays for almost half an hour in the water circle, how will he be purifying for Prayer? May Allah reward you. 
Answer : All praise is due to Allah. 
First, if his inability to spare himself from the urine is due to a frustrating illness, he is bound to use preservative after which he will make ablution and observe prayer in that state. He is however encouraged to strive for curing the illness.
Second, but if it is due to obsessive disorder, he is bound to ignore it in the sense that any time he washes his physical part 3 times, he should be comforted with that, and should not attend to the scepticism and obsessive disorder.
